Dont know if this is the right thread to post this or if has been posted before but I use a handy program called crosstrainer tracks your training ,diet personal gains etc.
Its available as a 30 day free trial from www.crosstrainer.ca so you can see how it suits you.

I would also recommend checking out www.dietpower.com - it is similar to cross trainer. In addition, it has a built-in encyclopedia that covers tons of nutrition topics (vitamins, macronutrients, etc) and will actually budget your calories based on your goal (and not based on some fad equation, either - it will take your recorded weight, food intake, and exercise, and figure out your actual metabolism, so the budget is dead-on after it learns your body). It has a free 15-day trial so you can compare it to Cross-Trainer.

Downloading Dietpower looks quite a nice program also, will give it a go to see how it compares to crosstrainer.Many thanks.
