So i decided to get a $5 30 day trial membership at Ballys. Its right around the corner from my office and would be ideal for morning cardio. I might even get a membership and keep my existing membership where I live (hour apart).
I went for the first time today and found this little beauty.

i have used that a lot. try using it pedaling backwards too if you havent already. by starting backwards i found i got to my target heart rate much faster.

If they have one with the arm poles, try it also. I find it at least if not more enjoyable.

i'm in LOVE with this one. Been using it ever since i started working out.
Both Ballys and my gym have the Life Fitness Elliptical machine. Only difference now that I found JSF and starting stepping my routines up I can hold 175-180 heart rate for 20 minutes. Before if i did over 158 i was falling down. :flex:
I dont know how I lived before I discoverd this one.

I agree. I think the LIfe Fitness is the greatest piece of cardio out there.
