Hey all,
Ok I am just putting out what I eat here for some sort of critique and suggestions...
Wakeup - do my streching/morning workout (everyday..somedays with weights other days just pushups/crunches/etc)
eat - oatmeal (real oatmeal not the suger laden crap I used to eat) with something on top (honey or fruit).. I make my oatmeal with water.. should I make it with milk? Also have either water or juice cut with water..
snack or two during the day before lunch (fruit only.. usually an apple or bannana)
lunch - chicken breast or some sort of fish with a side of salad (also with water or juice cut with water)
snack - usually fruit
dinner - same as lunch
snack if desired - same as above
How does that sound? times aren't exactly set in stone due to the fact that I am a full time student with a weird schedule...
I would like to add cottage cheese and tuna fish into my diet cause they will help me mix it up a bit.. also maybe some more veggies? Suggestions where to add the above items?
