Ok, I have been hitting the weights, small amount of cardio and eating very healthy for about 6 weeks now.
I was surprised at how slow the weight was coming off at first. I mean going from Little Debbie's and Mexican food  all the time to tuna and fruit I expected my body to just drop the weight. It did not as far as lbs. are concerned. I have been steady at 2-3 pounds a week. Which is good. My original BF% was at 28.something. I did it again last night and I am at 20-22.something.
Question 1: I have lost 14lbs, but have added lean muscle because of the weights. Does the above BF% reduction seem high or is it within the expected range??? This is one of those things that other people's experience seems to help better than just reading an article.

Question 2: I know the weight comes off like the layers of an onion but it seems that the 'layers' are different sizes. For a week I will lose weight but not notice and then all of a sudden it's like a big layer comes off and I am like 'Hey, I can seem my hip bone!'

Any and all comments are welcomed.
(Am I the only one that thinks of Shrek when we use the onion layer analogy)

You shouldnt lose more than 2lbs a week anyway, so I'd say its all good.
