Day 4 of Cutting Cycle - WEIGHT - 203.5
1:21 PM - Woke up a little late (tough to get up early because of my work schedule). Drank a protein shake before going to the gym and also took my supplements (Ephedra-Free Fat Burner, multivit) and did back/biceps. Finished it with my own variation of HIIT (Treadmill at 15" incline...). Came home and drank some OJ, another protein shake, and had some Kashi w/ fat free milk. Plan for the rest of the day includes:
3:00 - 10 oz. chicken over romaine lettuce.
5:00 - 2 Corn Cakes
8:00 - Protein bar
11:00 - small salad

Overall, had a solid Day 4...here are some STATS
17% FAT/32% CARBS/51% PROTEIN
Nightly weigh-in: 204/19%
Looking forward to tomorrow...mother made a meatloaf topped with bacon...wanted to have a thin slice but it didn't mean THAT much to me...so I had my soy corn dog and a light salad...

DAY 5 OF CUTTING CYCLE -- WEIGHT 201 (-5 LBS.)
Thank goodness it's Friday...it is freezing today. Only 13 degrees at 12:36 pm. Amazing...I did a little boxing on the heavy bag and finished off the bag of Kashi. I like the weight drop from yesterday to today. I am looking forward to my chest workout tomorrow...I think in the past I was definitely OVERtraining but now I am taking my rest days as they are supposed to be taken.

Totally had a great workout this afternoon. Felt strong and I am using the Max-OT method (4-6 reps of heavier weight). Finished it up with 10 minutes of increasing speed cardio on the treadmill. Came home and had a banana, some Kashi and some skim milk.
While I was working out I saw that nice-looking vein trying to come out over my right bicep...anyone know which one I am referring to? Never thought I would see something like that...I am doing it though...slowly but surely I am dropping that body fat that was been covering my body like six inches of snow over a beautiful garden. Once the snow melts...people notice the beautiful flowers that was hiding underneath...waiting to bloom.

Well, just went to a la-di-da restaurant in Manayunk (Philadelphia) with my family. First off, the waiter slams down a bunch of butter and fat filled garlic bread which I completely rejected. I stared at the menu, searching for something to tickle my fancy...but the tickler must have been on break because I looked and looked for a good 15 minutes. I went with the Wild Salmon with lemon-butter sauce...promptly told the waiter that I couldn't have any butter so he complied and I also threw in some fries....
well, not fries but some asparagus...he said, "that comes with a cream and cheese sauce" I told him I wanted them naked.
Food came and it was pretty good. Next to the fish was some pea pods so I ate them as well. Overall, a very successful night. At the end of the meal, the waiter brought over the 'dessert' tray. There was one that was cheesecake with a brownie crust covered in chocolate mousse.
Succeeded....looking to finish the night out with something else...sixth meal because I am a lil low on calories...

thanks...I try my best...
Last night I did have a little binge but I didn't eat anything with fat. It didn't really hurt me on the scale either...there was no bloating and I did kill myself working out so they musta offset each other...
I was out late last night so I slept in till 1 PM. I promptly started the day and ate what I've been eating, and drinking a lot of water to flush my system. I ran double what I usually run and could have run longer. Very awesome...
My mom is cooking steaks tonight so I will have one and throw it over some greens for dinner.

after a tough week of eating and partying (turning 21 is tough), I came in at 210.5 yesterday afternoon and 204 this morning. Not bad considering what I have been eating and drinking. Super Bowl is tough...
Yesterday I did real well eating every three hours as well as drinking my water.
Today I went to the gym and did my 20 minutes of cardio on the treadmill. What a dark and dingy, rainy day though.
Planning to eat good all week and drink Saturday night...
