Hey, I just began 3 days ago, So far
going great, and it really helps planning the diet a head
so you know exactly what you are going to eat. It's a big
Motivator.

Ok, i have a question regarding veggies, and a small
question about eggs and cereal bar.

Ok, regarding veggies, I understand they have
no calorie effect? which means i can eat as many as
I want? no limit at all? (I mean offcourse still a suitable amount).

Secondly, Is avukdo healthy? in my diet I have an egg
for 10:30, and i was wondering wheter I can throw in some
Avukado and garlic and make a nice little Avukado salad.

Eggs, I read somewhere i should only eat the white part,
Is this true, and why is that? is it where the protiene is concetrated?

and Lastly, I bougt this granola bar, "corny" it says it's sugar free
and I read it contains "Maltitol syrup" and I read on some website it's some sort of sugar or so, either way not very heatly.

I would love if you could answer my questions, Thank you very much. :)

When i do cardio, I run, and I can
really feel how it works on my body..

My question is, Is it ok for my legs
to hurt the day after? or does it mean
I am not stretching right or so?

Not extremly painfull, but still not the usuall.

And one place you can learn more about avocado's is avocado.org ('http://www.avocado.org/health/index.phtml')! They're quite healthy and rather tasty -- I can eat a whole one, no sweat! Just keep in mind that they're high in fat. It's OK though, it's not saturated fat. You'll just need to keep the amount of fat in mind when you're balancing your diet.

Man, now I want some guacamole...

vegies do have caloies, just not alot of them!
like you can have a HUGE peice of broccoli (im talking about 300g) and its only 100 calories, they contain tons of fiber, and lots of other good stuff, especially green ones, not only do they fill you up, they contain lots of great nutrients, and they are low in calories! so eat up!

Lower your pace just a bit if the pain bothers you. I walked a lot before I started jogging. Now, I can easily go do a good day of jogging and I'll get no pains the next day. You can try stretching. I don't, even though I should :x
