Sorry I have been away for so long. My record label has had me on tour and now I am home and can breathe again for about 3 weeks. And man do I need help!!!!! I have been totally off my excercise routine and no excuse given, I have just been bad. I get back on the road in 3 weeks and would love to get back on track in my thinking. I have this beautiful home gym here and will use it, but I need some help my fellow John Stone fitness fans!! I have a lot of catching up to do with all you people out there. I hope we can talk while I'm home. See you all soon.
