this has come up alot, so I thought I would share this pretty cool link I found a while ago...

It is a recipe to make home made "cell-tech" (a very over priced creatine delivery system) :whistle:

I did my creatine this way for my first "6 week cycle" a couple months ago, and actually didn't notice anything (apparently 30% of people are non-responders to creatine)
I have enough creatine left to do one more 5 week cycle, and then I probably won't bother with it again.

Anyway - if you are going to take creatine, this seems to be the best way to take it: :jumping:

(I can't remember if this recipe gets into dosage; I did alot of reading about it, and here is what I found:
Cycle 6-8 weeks max, then take 4 weeks off before another cycle, take 5-10 grams per day, (on work-out days take it post work-out).
Don't bother with the loading phase.

*NOTE*
drink 4-6 litres (1 gallon) of water per day when you are on creatine!
(you should be drinking this much water anyway, but when on creatine you risk potential kidney damage if you get dehydrated)
