It's at http://www.mybodycomp.com/index.html

You do a bunch of measurements... it tells you your BF%
I'm hoping it close:) because I'm 21.7% BF by their calculations..

Golds Gym measured me a month ago (only 3-4 places) and used the Calipers on me and they said I was at 34% BF but I've lost 12 lbs since then and have been doing 1.5 hours cardio 5 days a week.. and I just started MAX-OT beginners workout mon. Could you really lose 12.3% body fat in a month? To tell you the truth I think Golds was high..he wasn't to motivated to do it in the first place...

Cardio for an hour and a half? What are you doing in that timeframe? You are taking some glucosamine sulfate if you're on your legs, right? :)

I'd get bored doing an hour and a half of cardio. Yikes :D

MyBodyComp lists me at 8% when I'm more like 18%. Wouldn't trust it.

Dang I new it was to good to be true..

I was doing 45 min. treadmill 3-4mph 6-7%incline and 45 min. Eliptical full leg with 0-3% resistance..
I did this for 3 weeks to get my body use to sweating:) and working out.
Mon. I started MAX-OT the beginner stage..which is M-W-F weights and T-TH HIIT cardio

MY main concern at first was cutting since I was 216lbs and 5'8" 47 year old male.. but since then I've decided to keep some of my muscle instead of burning it all off and starting over.. I learned that by reading everything here :)

I'm not sure if mybodycomp.com is very accurate, but I like knowing how much bigger / smaller each body part gets throughout the weeks.

When I started my weight training / cutting cycle, I made a profile on there. My starting weight was 194 and my body fat percent was calculated at 23%

Now, 3 months later (to the day) I'm 176 and mybodycomp shows me at 17.5%.

Somehow, My arms have gotten almost an inch bigger and I'm getting much more defined (I thought I was cutting).

I have a pair of cheap calipers, but I'm not sure 100% if I'm hitting the correct spots. If I am, then they show me around 19% BF.

It worked really well for me for a while. I was using both mybodycomp and my Fat Trak II and using the average as my "official" result. The results were similar (+/- 2%) until I got to about 15%. One day, for reasons I still don't understand, the web site told me I was at 7%. That was ridiculous. I rechecked measurements and my inputs and still got 7%. That's when I stopped using the web site.
