Your Cardio Exercise:: Running - HIIT
Usual Duration:: 6 min warmup, 30 min HIIT, 5 min cool down.
Average Perceived Level Of Difficulty: 50% - 92% MHR. Borg = 17
Do you feel it's effective for you:: YES & NO. I expect the weight to shed faster as I average 0.5-1 lb/week. Then again I haven't lifted weights in many years so that may be offsetting it. I am losing inches so I guess its working.
Anything else you want to add.: Some envenings I'll go far a 3 mile walk. Sundays I hike approx. 8-10 miles.
