I know it is kinda hell on my body but recently I've been strangely addicted to sprinting. Does anyone have any good resources on form for sprinting as well as training to increase speed? I am on a very aggressive weight routine right now (which does of course include legs)... so that base is covered. I want to take some video of my stride and compare it to something but dont know where to start. Now if only I had a reason to do this beyond intermerual flag football :lol: but ill be damned if any of those guys can catch me this season :p
