How many protein shakes do you take a day (& how many scoops)?
1 shake 2 scoops
2 shakes 1 scoop
2 shakes 2 scoops
more shakes 2 scoops(let me know)
more shakes 1 scoop(let me know)
other options (let me know)
I take 3 shakes w/ 1 scoop each on workout days. I take 2 shakes w/ 1 scoop on non-workout days. 1 scoop = 24g
1. before workout
2. after workout
3. before bed
2. before bed

How many protein shakes do you take a day (& how many scoops)? Since I'm semi-veggie it's a little rough getting enough protein, so I have a 2-scoop every morning before breakfast. I also have a 2-scoop every night. On lifting nights I have it immediately after my workout (err, ~ 10min after my work out, when I get back home) and on cardio nights I have it with "dinner".

i only really have 2 shakes a day.. and only one is just all liquid..
meal1 - mix 1 scoop protein with cooked oatmeal
meal2 - 1/2 chicken breast with 1/2 scoop protein and 1tsp flax oil
pre workout - 1 scoop protein with cooked oatmeal
post workout - 1.5 scoops protein in my shake
basically post workout is the only 100% liquid form.. i guess meal2.. u can kinda say its alone.. but i eat the chicken breast first, followed by half a shake and some flax oil

i have 2 scoops + 2 cups skim milk twice a day; before and after my workout. Those 4 scoops equal about 70-80g of protein (depending on brand), plus the 8g of protein per cup of milk is 32g added for the day.
On non-workout days, I try to have lower GI carbs, and eliminate one of the shakes, b/c I only like the stuff with milk.

the scoop i have with mine is only 9g so on workout days I have 3scoops with water about 15 mins before I workout and then the same after I'm done.
Depending on the meals for the day I may also have a shake in the morning after breakfast so thats 3 shakes at 27g each.
