Your upper body is developed nicely, that's just about the size I'm shooting for (if my shoulder ever heals.) Jim February 6th, 2004, 08:00 PM Motivation with a capital M! Motivation with a capital "wow" ;) Ludvig78 February 7th, 2004, 07:04 AM Hi! I am around 11% I still have some on the waist but I am taking it easy until the summer, we still have snow here in Sweden. Don't wanna be totally drained because then you loose alot of strength. *hehe* I have a tip for you john if you want them that is. Take san 12v or creatine for about 8 weeks together with glutamin and then around 5 off. You have that time until the summer even if it's summer at your place al year around. :) I also think you are a bit too hard to have pure muscle gains. My best friends that is in even better shape then me but has basically the same body typ as me goes on around 3000 kcal (250-300 grams of protein and 200-250 of carbs) kalories for two months and then cuts. I think you won't be able to add pure muscles in the low fat shape you are in all the time. You have a good starting point for making a two month bulk and then cut for the summer in beginning of march. By the way. Just to give you a a comparison. I have around 41 cm in arms flex and I have veins on the arms, basically no fat. Think you should prio your shoulders, back and arms. You already have good legs. Do the shoulds and back in the beginning of the week. It will give you most in a graphical matter. Or what do you think? I sure can't see any fat, at least not in that picture.
