If you don't have a fancy food dehydrator, don't worry, you can still do this with relative ease. I'll explain beef jerky here, the others should be similar in nature:
1- Get some flank steak, and cut it into thin strips (it's easier when the meat is slightly frozen
2- add seasonings - whatever you like on your jerky
3- arrange on a pan and stick in the oven for 4-12 hours, depending on size of strips and meat used. If you want, season halfway through cooking.
And that's it. Cheap, plentiful jerky that's not full of preservatives. :tu:
