Ive read good things about both, but does anyone here have a preference for either one? How do they stack up quality-wise. Also, has anyone tried Optimum natural whey? Its the same price, but I was wondering about the taste of it without all the artificial stuff.

I can't compare to EAS - never had it. But I can strongly vouch for the flavor of chocolate Optimum. It's really good and mixes up nice. Get a little 2.2 lbs tub and check it out. :tucool:

Go with optimum, unless they've changed in the last couple months, which is entirely possible, EAS comes in an ugly ass purple bottle. The new optimum is black an shiny, so therefor, better.

Both should be the same price wise, lb for lb.

You're just going to have to try them for yourself, there's no getting around that. Just because someone else likes one brand, doesn't mean you will. For every person that like EAS, I'm sure you'd have no trouble finding someone who likes optimum..etc etc.
