Hi, I'm new to this forum and I have a question that has set me back in my training and nutrition. I have problems findins protein sources, the ones I use at the moment are:
Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
Tuna
Chicken
Fish (Salmon)
Protein Shake
Eggs
I would be nice if you could share your best way to the protein intake!

sources of protein, u listed most the ones i use lol but turkey also, as far as im aware thats the major ones covered (excluding other supplements i.e. bars + casein) but im sure you know of them

Beef Jerky (wonderful but also wonderfully expensive!)
Seafood
Skim Milk
Nuts
Roast Beef
Ham
Turkey
Venison (rådjur)
Peanut Butter
Yogurt
Cheese

Heres what I eat:
- Whey
- Turkey
- Chicken
- Ham slices
- Eggs
- Milk
- Tuna
- Salmon
- Mackerel
- Haddock
- Prawns
- Soy burgers
All pretty damn tasty, too (except eggs)!
