Is it in the morning when you wake up? That way there isnt any food in your stomach making it bigger? Im just curious as I would like to get a proper measurement so I can better calculate my bodyfat %

what your "ment" to do, is wake up before you eat, goto the toilet, then weigh yourself
what i do is just weigh myself at the same time every week, shouldnt make a difference

well when I measured my waste this morning, I was at 33in. Last night when I measured it before bed, I was around 34, but I had just eaten.

I also dont like taking my body fat that early in the morning because I might be a little dehydrated and that messes with the results, but maybe youre right, maybe I should just do all my measurements in the morning before they get messed up with what I eat and exercise during the day.

Measure yourself in the morning when you are completely empty, at the same time each week... that makes you feel the best. Cause you will most likely not have anything ectra to weigh you down. I would also measure relaxed, and then cold/flexed (meaning flexing without any exercise stimulation.)

Im mostly concerned with my waist. I measured again today and I was at 33in. Ill measure myself again tomorrow morning and if I get 33in, then I'll accept that as my new waist. I started off at 34.5" 18 days ago and 15.1% bodyfat. Im currently at 13.0% body fat and 33.5".

Well shall see.....

It doesn't matter when you choose to measure yourself as long as you are fairly consistent. Whether you want to measure yourself before breakfast or after dinner, as long as that is the time you always do it at that time so the readings are consistant. You would be cheating yourself if you first measured after dinner and then compared that to a measurement before breakfast. That way you can\keep a more accurate record of your progress! Good luck! :tucool:
