sup guys..
just got back from a holiday of 2 weeks in italy...which did me sooo much good...im fully relaxed and recovered from some little niggly pains i had....
just moved in to my new flat with a couple guys on sunday... and what with sorting the place out and unpacking i havent been down the gym yet...NOOO!
well i plan to go tonite...which im looking forward to, but quite worried it might hurt loads...LEG day!
my new place is soo perfect..litterly the dead city centre of cambridge (which has some incredibly fine girls), work is 2.5miles away on bike...which took me about 15 minutes this morning...and im knackered.. the gym is about 1 mile up the road... the only bad thing is that my road has 16 pubs on it..... so alcohol consumption will probably go up.
need some motivation for training, looks like ill be reading www.animalpak.com life articles all day....always makes me want to train to be massive.....GRRRRRR
