That's odd. I don't see why muscle on a male would be ok and not on a female. Ok, I don't mean steroid monsters. But muscle is sexy isn't it???

I like Mari Kudla, serious muscle, serious curves:

http://www.marikudla.com/Photogalleries/stutzvegas04/johnstutzvegas04.htm

She can flex the biceps too:

Vincent.

dAM she is hot. but i couldnt have a relationship with her. she has more muscle than i do. :( :p

Hey 1FastGTX! I have quite a busy year this year. :) I'm buying a house, getting married and bulking up this year, so I've decided to hold off on competing until 2007. I'll probably do a Central FL show in early 2007 (maybe the Lake City show).

SmoothBaller, where do you workout? The SW Rec Center? I'm not sure if I'll get to see many games this year, but I occassionally do 'stadiums' for exercise during the week, so you might see me there going up and down the stands. :)

Yep, working out at SW Rec. Might as well take advantage of a great facility while I can for free, right?

Haven't done stadiums in a while....so damn hot. Might have to get back into it.

I remember one night I was able to go down onto the field and got a nice HIIT session in. During sprints on Florida Field under the stars was almost surreal. I could only imagine what it's like from the field when it's filled with 90,000 screaming fans.

Preparation H. Think I'm kidding?

They should just sell 55-gallon drums of that stuff at the competitions. When my wife competed, I must have seen a couple dozen competitors putting Prep-H on their perceived trouble spots, then touching up the sunless tanner... it does shrink skin. I've used it to get the bags out from under my eyes in the past... it does help tighten skin temporarily.

wow you could take a blood sample from that guy and use it as juice, and it would cost much cheaper.

I all agree the posted pictures here are all perfect bodies but %99 of them are steroid users, and naturals are called skinny like Chris Evans example, maybe someone should make a "Perfect Body Gallery (Naturals Only)" thread.

besides I really would like to see the examples how far one can go as a Natural, (besides John and other users ofcourse, I ve seen those) who have posted their pics here, it would be great to gather them in one thread, would it not?

Lately I feel disappointed because I started to read new things, and read about roids and came to conclusion that most of those great bodies, gigantic or not are anabolics supported, in other forums there is not a thread where you see a great progress photo posted with great muscular bodies which the poster will not admit a couple of pages later that he used roids once, 4 years ago, only one cycle, etc. etc. you see what I mean.

TheRyanator
September 27th, 2005, 10:55 AM
I do not believe that your purported number of 99% is at all accurate...perhaps you meant to type 9%???? It actually IS possible to get big and look good without steroids...many members of our board fall into that category.

I would have to agree that Chris Evans does not look BAD, but he does look like he could make some potential improvements as he looks pretty close to what I percieve as average for someone with that bodytype.

I hate steroids because they detract from so much hard work that people do, because steroids always tend to be the culprit if someone is seen as beyond "average fitness" levels. I suppose that is why we all need to be involved in personal fitness for ourselves primarily and not for what others think...

very true, but i think it would make 49, less the photos of the hotties and the UFC fighters, less the various celebrity photos.

arkhan:

It's easy to just make a blanket accusation about everyone with a good physique. They're all juiced But it's just not the case. I think you've been spending too much time on steroid-oriented boards (like bb.com--just kidding  )

People who juice tend to heavily participate in forums because they're a good place to learn about and even buy these drugs. There are probably thousands of natural bodybuilders that have never been online and you're not seeing their progress unless you work out at the same gym.

I can do without the fake boobs. I have seen many a pair and I have yet to see (or feel, for that matter) any that are anywhere in the ballpark of the real thing. But... that doesn't make them any less attractive to the male of the species... we'll always have a fascination with them, fake... real... or whatever.

I think she's hot. Yes, her arms could use some mass, but overall, I think she has an excellent physique. From the other pictures I looked at, it's relatively balanced, chiseled, yet feminine. That's perfection on a woman in my book.

I think her arms are on the small side, as well. Is it possible for women with such low bodyfast (visible abs) to even have boobs this big, or did she have to buy them? If so, I prefer higher body fat with the real thing. If not, all the power to her. :tu:

I dunno, judging by the pics posted by Skoorb and wh0, I'd have to say her body is pretty damn good (and she's not bad looking either). It's such a subjective issue though, you'll never get everyone to agree. For me, any leaner is too lean and too much bigger is too big. I always thought Milamar Flores was beyond gorgeous. Who does a woman like her marry? Well... Milos Sarcev, apparently. The guy who does the exercise demonstrations on "The Fit Show".

And... he's won Mr Universe too. I only understood they were together when I noticed she was sometimes named "Milamar Flores-Sarcev". Unless I'm mistaken...

I thought Kendra, who I just posted, might have a bit of weird face action going on but I think it may just be that pic. She's got a super body, though. Her arms I think are pretty good. They definitely prove she lifts weights without wanting to win any strength competitions.

guava check out some of her other pics on that site. I am sure I could be critical if I needed to be but she's got at least a 9/10 body. I think it's got a near perfect combination of muscle and fat so she's clearly feminine and yet clearly fit as well. Her competition weight pics she's too thin but most of the shots on her site she's not at competition weight and looks best.

I don't think she looks bad, I just think a woman looks better when she doesn't look so fragile and/or plastic. I prefer the look of Miss Bikini Universe 2004 (http://www.modelfitness.com/alicia_denson.html) Or, if you're a fan of large breasts, Serena Williams has more of a natural look than Kendra.

And I think you'll be able to surpass him with your hard work, genetics, strict dietary protocol, and of course Swolecat on your side.

I used to date a girl years ago who said things like "don't get too big" and "how big do you want to be," etc. But I did anyway (according to her; I didn't really feel "huge" by any means). Then I dieted down really hard-core, and really foolishly (can you say "Muscle Loss?" - tuna, tuna, tuna, cardio, cardio, cardio, volume, volume, volume, I was not very smart!). Anyway after a few months she said "I liked you better when you were big!"

She either changed her mind after seeing my big chest and shoulders blowing up...or she was just really mean! Probably the latter.

Now, maybe I'm just silly, or I am missing something? Did Bob Hope have a bodybuilding career before vaudeville/radio? The only reason I ask is, I've seen some of the "Road" movies with him and Bing Crosby and Bob Hope doesn't look all that big (or cut up for that matter)! In fact, I seem to recall that back then men were in the habit of pulling the waistband of their slacks up to, oh say, around their armpits. Was this to hide the distended belly due to steroid use?

Can someone help me out here? :p

Dark-skin on stage would provide an advantage I think, which is why you see the light-skinned guys tanning their butts off or using spray-on tanning lotion before a competition. Jay Cutler off season is pretty light-skinned, but on stage he is really dark. I guess it helps show muscle definition better, show the separation, etc.

Alright, I couldn't let that one go without at least peeking. Halle Berry has a perfect body, but not a perfect muscular body. I don't get the feeling that she has to work all that hard to maintain it, but I sure would love to have her genes. On the other hand, a lot of the other female photos that have been posted here have been cosmetically enhanced, and that to me also shows an artificiality, that they didn't WORK for the results you see.

Halle has a good bone structure for sure, but she does work for it. She went through major training to do the catwoman. However, she is a commercial actress and as such has to keep her muscle tone conservative and pleasing to the mainstream eye.

I guess it could cause envy, and it's great when people work for what they have, but a "perfect body" is what it is, regardless of whether they work really hard for it (something which in this case, we know nothing about).

It's really sad that no matter how many weights we lift, eventually it all comes down to that: good looking women (to the large precentage of the male's eyes) must have really enhanced breasts, little to no muscle and the face of a porn starlet.

First, non taken. I appreciate the community in this forum too much to think of the male part as 'drool drippers' or something of that sort. Moreover, gals of the forum drool over good looking male bodies, and that's also completely natural and that wasn't my point.

But if you think I was wrong just look at the comments below the picture! And no, I don't think that girl will ever become a car bench presser if she continues to squeeze her boobs - this exercise simply develops other muscle groups.

Not a fan of big cartoonish breasts. the girl on the left looks very blurry/fuzzy, might be a lot of airbrushing there. The girl on the right looks more real and a lot better, who knows, she could look even better with more defined abs and shoulders.

The muscular look gets quite the bad wrap by both men and women. When discussing the idea of a potential mate having muscles, what usually pops into peoples' heads are the 6% BF vein-popping images that make the average person wince. And they say, "I don't like musclular men/women." But usually when an actor or actress puts on some muscle for a cerain role in a movie everyone raves about how good they look. Usually that person was already considered beautiful before they added muscle and cut fat, and afterward most people think they look even better and they are surprised by this.

So I contend that if you take anyone and add some muscle and cut some fat they will look better to people until each individual observer reaches their vein-popping tolerance level. For the average person, body builders in competition shape are beyond the vein-popping tolerance level. But you take anyone, with NO muscle definition and then give them a little, the average obersver will say they look better. Even though before confronted with the image, they would probably say the person is perfect without muscle, because in their mind, more muscles equals something above their vein-popping tolerance level.

Seriously, are there men (or women) out there that want their mates to truly have no muscle definition at all. Just be soft and skinny.

Hey Wh0, I really hope you didn't take my post as scolding - that was not at all my intention!!!

I would even agree that that girl has a good looking body, and you know what, I might even wanna get a belly like hers. I was going to say 'a body like hers' but I don't feel like eating silicone for breakfast. It's just that the nature of this picture seems unappropriate to me. I mean, it's not her body that's appealing, it's the fact she's clutching her breasts for dear life...
I don't have a better way to explain it. I don't think that picture is about health and fitness. But then again, Freud said that sex is what drives the world. (or something like that).

I don't agree on the too big to be real comment. If you press large breasts against your body, this is what happens. They're as unreal as pressing your arms against your sides to make your biceps look bigger, but I think it's attractive.

Gila: these girls look great, but they'll sure have to work at it to keep it that way. If they don't, in time they'll look a lot less attractive. I can see where you're coming from though, I think a more ideal body is easier to obtain for men. Muscular men are usually found to be more attractive, and muscles are something you can train. Although women can do something for their Bhind, breasts can only be enhanced beyond their natural fat by getting a job done. The only thing men can't train is something I don't want to see in this thread, thank you very much. ;)

However! Especially for us fitness freaks, a well trained female body is also very attractive! If you've just a bit of development everywhere, I think many men will find it very attractive. Tight skin is always good. So there, get back to squatting! ;)

Not all of us think that way, Gila.

Sure, big boobs will always appeal to guys on some primal level we can't exactly control. Big fake boobs? Well... I jokingly say that "if they're there, they're real!" And for the most part, a surgeon worth his salt can create such an illusion. The trouble is, most women go too big. If ladies would pick a more natural size when they chose to get enhancement surgery, it'd be a different story. Since most Neanderthalic, knuckle-dragging alpha males prefer big boobs - real or fake - the trend will likely never end where surgery is concerned. Girls just seem to gravitate towards pleasing the male of the species and since the cat-calling whistlers are the ones who're most vocal about what they like, it seems the ladies cater to that crowd for some strange and inexplicable reason.

Truth be told, I'll take a lean, well-muscled gal with whatever Mother Nature gave her over an artificially enhanced female any day.

Anyway, one of the guys there was training that part as well and was known to the locals as the 'Iron Penis'.

There was a lot of weight lifting and car pulling going on... :d_eek:

Chicanerous - best post ever; should be stickied.
the girl on the left is by far the most perfect girl i've ever seen.

Strange, I though Halle Berry was more perfect looking. Not that I think she doesn't have to "work" to get that body, it's just evident that she doesn't lift hard. However, if I looked like that and had her success, I don't think I'd be lifting hard either. For another muscular look, Sarah Orbanic is pretty impressive.

Sure, Halle Berry is hot, but not as hot as that girl on the left. (topic of discussion) - IMO
and also, Sarah Orbanic's head is far too big to be included in a "Perfect Body Gallery" thread. - IMO

It's really sad that no matter how many weights we lift, eventually it all comes down to that: good looking women (to the large precentage of the male's eyes) must have really enhanced breasts, little to no muscle and the face of a porn starlet.

I mean, what's the point of exercising when all we have to do, apparently, is get a gazillion plastic surgeries to become appealing?

jeez...
I don't know if it's necessarily "sad" that men like women with large breasts. I can think that Halle Berry, Angelina Jolie are really good looking, but it doesn't mean that I feel I need to look like them in order to be successful or happy or admired by anyone. I more readily look up to women who have "worked hard" to obtain their perfect body, and that's why those with more muscle look better to me (even if they aren't necessarily the ones who have been working the hardest). I work out so that I can become stronger and look and feel the best that I personally can look and feel, WITH my AA breasts. That's good enough for me.

Big breasts are nice undoubtedly but if I had to pick between a hard body (not too hard, but few women have to worry about overdoing it) with small breasts and a healthy bosom with excess fat in various spots I'll take the former. One of the better bodies I've seen in real life in a bathing suit has pretty small breasts but works her ass off in the gym and it shows.

The ideal is both and i have no problem with implants but I always will appreciate somebody who's put some real effort in.

Just a couple more, and probably one of my biggest inspirations, Antoine gets alot of "you take steroids" crap, and no one realises that he trains like 6 hours a day somtimes and knows how to get big, so he deserves ALOT of credit. I dont plan on being the size of Antoine, but being Juji's size would be great, since im his build and height.

Gila, I think you may have the wrong impression. In my experience, women think rather one-dimensionally when evaluating the attractiveness of other women. Unlike men, women don't have affective reactions that tell them what is attractive, so they use rules that men don't have to use such as: Thin = attractive, large breasts = attractive, etc. etc. In reality, it isn't as simple as "large breasts", or simply being thin. It is about a number of different features that fit together nicely overall. So, what separates the girl on the left from the girl on the right? Why is the one on the left more attractive? For me, it isn't the breasts, it is the face. She has a gorgeous face. This probably brings little comfort as facial features are even more immutable than breast size (which is true for both sexes), but it really is true that neither large breasts, or a gorgeous face are required to appear attractive (I like her overall body shape too). I think most of us here (myself included), find athletic and fit bodies to be very attractive. There are alot of different physical shapes and traits that many of us find appealing...and of course there are alot of idiosyncratic preferences, but you certainly don't have to emulate some genetically gifted specimen to be considered attractive yourself.

I dont plan on being the size of Antoine, but being Juji's size would be great, since im his build and height.I'm definitely modeling my own body after Juji's. Strong and athletic looking. And, since I just posted a video thread about them in the Media Gallery yesterday, everyone can see them both in picture and video form: http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=21010

I was reading Antoine's training logs while the forum was still up and, damn, he is absolutely self-motivated. The dude has more will power than John Stone -- there is absolutely no doubt of success or fear of losing in his mind. While I never head of him doing 6 hours of training, he does do the whole 2+ hour marathon gym session thing and completely annhilates his muscles. He also follows a perfectly regimented diet, which includes nocturnal eating (waking up between sleep cycles to constantly fuel the body), and practices a load of recovery methods (light weight active recovery, ice, heat, massage, etc). It's safe to say he would put even the most dedicated of JSFers to shame in his obsessiveness.

While the forums were still up, there were some pictures of his latest bulk and he has a good 20 lbs more muscle than those pictures you've posted.

Edit: Not the pictures I was thinking of, but:

her head was too big long before i ever saw that picture of her.I actually find little appeal to her myself. While I appreciate that she obviously worked for her body, I have to agree that I find little appeal in her. I think, perhaps, the bodies that are the best looking, IMHO, are the ones, even if they are muscular (and its obvious that a lot of time was spent developing and perfecting them), that look like that is the way the person was meant to look -- that they were born and just magically appeared perfect. For me, the woman in question does not have this aura about her.

Look, Joe. I'm waaay past my bedtime and this is one subject I hate debating. The point I was trying to make (perhaps not very successfully) was that IMO that picture wasn't appropriate for this thread because it's so loaded with sex that it sends the wrong messages to women who would like to improve in order to become (more) appealing.
I feel already like a middle aged aunt who's having heart attacks when she sees teenagers kiss because it's 'unappropriate'. I'd really like to stop debating this picture and I'm asking everybody to not develop this subject any more.

Don't misunderstand me, G. I'm not saying I like her because of her rather large boobs! Actually, I agree with you that she has - as usual - gone too big with her breasts. They were likely "installed" because of her recurring role on TV on top of her low body fat likely reducing what she had naturally to very small breasts. Being a former wrestling fan, I remember seeing her on TV with Scott Steiner all the time. She always looked great - she has/had very well developed arms, quads, even a six-pack and it was very sexy on her. The fact that she's a little top-heavy shouldn't stop us from giving her props for the majority of her physique.

No milder cycles of steroids, nothing like the junk they use now. She was good, when she was natural and with smaller boobs.

I liked her abs and long legs. She was a track athlete as a girl, her husband was Jeff Everson, who edited a muscle mag at one time and also completed. I like the picture, I picked. She also has written the only books for women that I would recommend.

I guessed that the meaning was something pure, but I was trying to subtly point out that she doesn't look the least pure to me, more like the kind of ____ that all ____ had a ride on...

Good pic....although his legs look a little small in that photo.

Cool Arnold pic on the good ol' 10 speed - that must have been taken during "Tour De Austria" when he was riding for Team Discovery, just prior to his big Trek endorsement... :p

Looks like Weider & Nike had him hooked up though... :D

Yeah, I always thought his forearms needed work too -- but everything else though is utterly fantastic.

AHHHHHH. Another 'Hers' cover with the absolutely unbelievably incredible Jelena. (I still can't nail it down WHY, but I find her to be one of the most attractive women I've ever seen on a magazine cover)

My scan is pretty low quality (And it looks like they photoshopped her a bit for the cover) but, heeeeere's Jelena:

I was just lurking around here and just had to say that Jelena is such an awesome person, and even more stunning in the flesh. I acutally design her competition suits for her. It does look like she has been photoshopped, but it looks like they have removed some of her muscle definition. This lady has gorgeous abs and stunning arms, every day of the year!

Her site is www.jelenafit.com (http://www.jelenafit.com/)

Here are a few more pics of her - enjoy!

She's hot, but I bet her voice sounds mannish.
I watched that show, um, Supersize She and the woman it was about sounded like a man. Probably from all the steroids she's taken.

The chick from Supersize She looked nothing like Jelena. Bad comparison.

Maybe someone's heard Jelena speak and can tell us if she has a normal feminine voice? I would bet she does-her face looks very womanly to me.

Agreed - HORRIBLE comparison!

I assumed that since she was competing that she might be on steroids, hence why I said her voice might not sound feminine.

I'd still find that chick from Supersize She attractive if it wasn't for her voice. ;]

She's competing as a fitness model, not a bodybuilder.

The chick from supersize me looked like a blonde british man with a girls' hairstyle. In fact she looked remarkably like Roger Daltrey (lead singer for 'The Who')

She did have the delts to be a bodybuilder but the rest of her wasn't nearly huge enough.

Jelena is most definitely a natural competitor. And she has a very soft and feminine voice. She's also a figure competitor, as opposed to a fitness competitor (which entails fitness routines - performed to music etc., followed by a swimwear routine). She's also got the best butt on stage too! I love her overall look on stage, and at 117 lbs and 5'6" she is obviously not bulky and manly.

She (Jelena) looks much better from the back! I think the fake boobs many of these girls get actually make them look more manly, which I'm sure is exactly opposite of the desired effect. Because of the low body fat, the implants just sit there like balloons, like a tranny who didn't want to wait for the hormone injections to work. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against boobies, real or fake, but big ones don't automatically make you more attractive. That is one fine butt though, DAMN!
