Any one used the Ab Jab device? Any comments would be appreciated.

For 150 bucks??

Its a decline bench w/ a punching bag...just make one! Hang a punching bag from your ceiling and attach it to any standard decline bench. BAM! Ab-Jab.

It looks like it would make you hold a static contraction while punching. It would definitely be challenging if you always try to hold yourself up to failure, but I don't think its worth $150. I'd try it if a gym had it though.
