Lately I've been trying to keep my weight in a holding patern. Lately though Ive been doing a pretty nutso zig zag. Some days I'll hit 3500 other days 2000... most are more around 2600-2700. I eat when hungry and keep it healthy (not quite as strict as when cutting but basically nothing processed and no simple carbs). Most sites say my maitence is more around 3kish as Im doing weights 4x week and cardio 7-8times x week. I observe proper PWO nututrion for weights and to some extent cardio. Anyone have a reason why such variations would be a poor idea?
