Hi guys

I've just started a weight program. I'm 19 years old 5 '9 around 155lbs. I have a tiny bit of fat I wanna lose but mainly I'm looking to gain some size and strength. I'm looking for suggestions on a meal plan to help me with these goals. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Congrats on starting!! It's usually the hardest step to overcome.

Do you do any cardio? Running, walking,.....etc?

I like to keep it simple. I eat healthy (4-6 small meals a day) and have a protein drink immediately after working out. Once a week, I will treat myself to a nice dessert or candy bar. And maybe once every four to six weeks, I will indulge and have a fast food meal. I typically stay away from sodas, though. :gl:
