Hi I Am 210 Male And I Am Gouing To Start Eating 12x My Body Weight In Order To Lose Fat. Thats About 2500 Calories A Day. And I Am Going To Start Cardio 5x A Week And Weight Training 3x A Week. I Am Gouing To Follow A [46% Carbohydrates] [20% Of Fat] [and 34% Of Protein] Diet Plan. Am I Doing Every Thing Right? Should I Add Something? Or Should I Change Something? Sounds cool to me. Don't worry so much about your ratios, they only need to be approximate. Unless you eat the same thing everyday, which you worked hard to measure out exactly, then you aren't going to get exactly 46% of your calories from carbs, 20% from fat, and 34% from protein.

EM28, I'll be kind and assume that you are brand new to posting. Posting the exact same question on two different forums (Nutrition and Fat Loss) is extremely poor etiquette. It's also considered poor etiquette to use a thread title that tell absolutely nothing about your question (ie Look Here, or Quick Question).

John runs a very friendly forum and all of us truly do want to help you. All we ask is that you take a few minutes to learn the rules.

Anyone else notice how EM28's info changes with each post?

And never a follow up question or a "thank you". Awfully suspicious. For the first time ever at JSF, I'm using the ignore function.

He did post a "Thanks" a couple of days ago when I posted my beginning routine.

EM28, we're here to help, but if you have a question you might want to try to search or check out the stickies in each forum. The best written answers are sometimes in those threads.

Or at least wait a day or two for a response to previous questions before starting a new thread based on the original question, or based on an answer to the original question that you found over on WBB.

Not an uptight crowd at all. We just wanna help people, but they have to try and help themselves first. To me, asking a question without first trying to find it out for themselves is lazy. His whole question could have been answered simply by reading the sticky. I mean it does say "please read first" on it, doesnt it ? And as for posting the same thread multiple times, i just find that rude.

But hey, if you dont like the croud here, feel free not to post. Your loss, not mine.

The thing that irks me is that he couldn't post a relevant title to the thread.
