Im planning to set up a garage gym for myself but when it comes to equipment i just dont have a clue! I have quite a lot of space but the ceiling is a bit low, do you think this Body Solid Multi Press Rack Package is any good? Im mainly thinking about the safety aspect of things when doing squats and bench press. Would this be sufficient? How about Body Solid good reputable company?

For not knowing diddley about equipment, you made yourself a good choice. Body Solid makes great equipment. I'm only sorry that I don't know any overseas dealers that I could point you too to compare prices.
That is their top of the line bench with that package also, so you won't be needing to replace it anytime in the near future. Some may suggest looking into a power rack set up, but really...the only thing you'ld gain is a chinning bar. With the angled rack, this may actually work out much better than the verticle uprights on a power rack set up. Looks like you made yourself a good choice overall. Best of luck with it
I'm fairly certain that this thread may spur yet another view (really just the same one) of somebodies Body Solid home gym...
