I am just getting into my new way of life here; cardio and weight training. I currently weigh 265 lbs and was wondering if there are any specific vitamins/supplements I should look into to assist me in my efforts.
I am working up my eating/exercise/lifting programs today and would like to take a trip to the store later and make sure I stock up on anything I might need.
