I wanted to ask if any others have used a product from the general nutrition store called 'Rapid Thermal EF' ? I stopped in the other week and the gentleman gave it rave reviews and I was curious what others have used or are using as suppliments or suppressants to help control appetites during the initial stage of trying to alter nutrition intake.

Glad to see you are doing your research before you buy. You have to be careful with GNC especially as they always push what they have overstocked or get commissioned to sell...that is how the ones around my area are.

I have never used that product though...I would recommend trying green tea or green tea capsules first...good luck on your research!

DO NOT BUY IT!! Omg. . . GNC (if thats where u went) tells complete bullshit. Normally i dont swear, but those assholes deserve it. Seriously, i walk in the store, see what is on clearence, listen to those jackasses convince ppl of 'LIQUID CREATINE' being Gods gift to us, and walk out pissed becuase i knew that without these types of boards i could fall for thier crap.


As far as the product goes, lol, what are the ingrediants??
