Hi i'm almost 14 years old and have been working out for a year. I'm about 5"10 and 155 pounds. I have roughly 9% body fat. I am a vegetarian and am missing alot of protein. I am wondering if there are any good supplements that were not derrived from dead animals? Thanks!!!

I have not seen to many buffed soy beans :lol:
Eggs are not from a dead animal :lol:
Neither is milk for that matter
Live goldfish would provide protien (just swallow whole)

I use Now Foods vegitarian calcium and vegi glucosamine.
