I'm 6' 5" 220 and am trying to shed about 10 more pounds before i start bulking.

here is a rough copy of my diet. I think it's ok but i just need some more calories thrown in, not that that's the worse problem in the world but any advice you have would be great.

7:00

2 cups whey with 2 cups fat free skim milk
2 packets of instant oatmeal

10:00 fat free yogurt

11:00 either a chicken breast and fibrous carbs or a lean cuisine

2:00 can of albacore, plain with a little pepper on it

6:00 either a lean steak or a chicken breast with fibrous carbs.

8:00 workout

9:00 protien shake

ok that is basically what i eat everysingle day.

My rough calculations say it's about 1900 but i think i need about 500 more clean calories thrown in there. I could easily just throw down a big mac but i would like to keep them clean and spread them out a little bit. You got any ideas??

Or do you see anything really wrong with this diet?

Thanks,

Andy

BTW- I have been on this site since almost day one, but i'm more of a lurker. I have lost about 25 pounds over the past 4 or so months and a six pack should be here shortly. I have tons of pics i'll post when I'm "done"

You could start using 2% or even whole milk in your breakfast shake, and add a tablespoon of olive oil to your afternoon tuna.
