What's the best way to loose stomach fat?

Here's my current daily schedule...

Wake up at 10AM. Eat lunch(usually pasta) at 12PM. Walk 6 miles or bike 6 miles depending on how windy it is at 2PM. Have a snack(bagels, chips, doritoes, or fishes) at 4PM. Take another 6 mile bike ride at 8 PM. Go to sleep at 10.

If I keep this up for a few months, will I loose some weight? I'm currently at 250, and would like to get down to 210.

thanks..

Ixnae on the astapae. Translated: nix the pasta, except in VERY small amounts (2-ozs of pasta is roughly one serving at 42-gms of carbs). This, coming from a good Italian boy... do away with the bagels. Too much useless carbs in that too. Trust me on this one - I'm carb sensitive. You want to include protein/carbs/fat in the following ratio or near it: 40/40/20. That's a good start, you can tweak from there. This implies that you must assess what you're eating and track it accordingly. Break up your meals into six small meals per day. It may seem like a daunting task, but it isn't - I'm an extremely busy professional and I manage to get in 6 meals per day.

And another thing... losing "stomach fat" isn't an issue. You must reduce body fat throughout your entire body to eliminate fat on your stomach. So, as you lose weight body-wide, you'll reduce fat on your stomach. There is no such thing as "spot training" one area (i.e., abs, etc...) to remove fat from one particular area. It's not possible. So throw your absercizer away...
