I am interested in finding a good nurition book. I've read so much information online and would like to back some information with facts and more knowledge.
Any recommendations?

I'd recommend Men's Health Testosterone Advantage Plan. It is about 2/3rds nutrition and 1/3rd exercise plan. The nutrition information is very good and very informative. A similar version of the nutrition plan is also in the Men's Health Book of Muscle, but it is about 1/5th diet and 4/5ths workouts. They are pretty much companion books.
Anyway, TAP breaks down how much to eat, when to eat, and most importantly, why you eat it. There is good, general knowledge of the body and how it processes protein, fat, and carbs. I read the book, and it's been great for me. I've followed their bulking plan and have put on 4lbs in 4 weeks with little-to-no body fat.
I found the book at the Half-Price Book Store for $6 bucks, but I think it is only 20 normally. If you aren't concerned with the workout plan, there is a paperback version that is cheaper, but omits the advanced workout.
I've heard good things about the new Men's Health "Abs Diet" too.
