Hello everybody,
Here's my scenario.
I work two full time positions within the same company:
8AM - 4:30PM - Network Admin Support
Break 10am and 2:30pm (Or when ever)
Lunch break 12pm - 1pm
4:30PM - 12:30 AM - Working in the stock room (Getting paid OT ;) )
May you guys help me layout what time I should eat? I don't know what I should do after my first shift, I tend to get hungry again around 6pm and 9pm.
So the only time that I can attend the gym is during lunchtime. I do cardio M, W, F and weights on T, Thr, S.
