elo again folks,
I'm gonna try and lower my carbs over the next few weeks, so my fat + protein intake needs to rise.
Currently I get the majority of my protein from chicken/tuna/turkey/protein supplemtns.
Can you suggest anything else in addition to the above ?
Also the biggy, I need to get my fat % up as well, apart from nut's what are a good choice for upping the fat intake ?
