Hey guys, been a while since I visited the Fat Loss section, probably for the worst. Anyways, I have some questions regarding my setup for maxamizing my cutting phase progress. (edit: does that make sense?)

Ok, here it is

Diet

7:00 am Workout
8:30 am All the Whey protien shake, creatine
10:30 am Meal [egg white omlette]
1:30 pm Meal 3 [5oz chicken breast, 1 cup of brown rice, small salad]
4:30 pm Meal 4 [snack] (not sure what to eat here, I would be open to suggestions)
7:30 pm Meal 5 [6oz of tuna, 1 cup of vegetables]
10:30 pm Whey protein powder

My thoughts: I think it looks pretty good, I have no clue what to put in for teh snack. Also, does anyone know what I can switch out with the egg white omlette? I hate making those, and suck at them even more. So, if there is something else I can subsitute in there, that would be dirty.

Or, maybe I am going about this whole fat loss diet all wrong. Should I try something else? Thanks

That is almost exactly the diet I follow,except I add a carb source pwo such as a banana. For my afternoon snack, I usually have something fatty like almonds/pistachios or nat peanut butter. Sometimes I will have some fruit to mix it up a bit. Not sure about what to switch out the omelette for. My breakfast is almost always egg beaters,morninstar farms sausage patty and 1/2 cup of oatmeal.

Great. Have you had much success following this diet? It looks really good, and I dont mind the egg beaters in the morning, its just I usually dont want to take the time to make them. I will try those snack ideas, they sound good. Also, what do you think about turkey bacon? Maybe I could go Turkey Bacon, Egg Beaters and Speacial K Cereal in the morning? Anyways, thanks a lot for the help.

I bought a couple of packages because they were on sale. I ended up tossing them and I hate throwing anything out. A friend of mind said that he did not mind them. I guess try them and see what you think.

I thought you were supposed to take creatine 30 minutes before your workout not after.

You threw turkey bacon out! Really, I love it, I was just wondering if the nutrition was right for cutting...

i thought you could take creatine anytime, as long as you got your 20 grams in a day, (start phase)

after that, its before workout i think
