I do cardio with a stationary bike for 30 mins at about 6:30am every weekday, i.e. 5 times per week.

I go to gym mon, wed, fri either directly from work at about 4:30pm or if I pick up my wife & daughter, then I go to gym at about 6pm.

Lift Weights:Sun,Mon,Wed,Thur around 6am.
Cardio:Sun,Tue,Fri in the evening, around 8pm

My Cardio schedule is not necessarily set in stone. I just make sure that I don't do it the evening before and the day of my leg day.

My schedule is kinda crazy with family and other obligations so I sometimes will double up on a workout. Meaning I'll run in the early am and then lift at lunch. I try to make sure that I consume enough claories to compensate and also get enough rest when I do this. If I don't it can ruin a whole week.

AMR...sounds like we are somewhat similar. I'm 5'11' but at 208 today. My goal is 190 by Sept. 30 without loosing too much muscle. I've been lifting weights for 2 years.

My schedule is 20 min. every morning cardio. 70%MHR
Weights M,T,W, at noon.
Bike 75 min. every evening except T (leg day)

I'm eating roughly 2000 calories using "DietPower" to keep me on track. 40/40/20.

I started at 215 Lbs. exactly 2 weeks ago. 17 lbs to go.

I am concerned about over training .....but I sit at a desk all day. I think I'm safe. Meals 6 times/day.
