Hey, how about we all get to see your workout equipment?

and no i'm not kidding, lol. My gym has been closed since december for renovation so i had no other option but to borrow these from a firend, so this is all i've had since i started my fat-loss, and i havent lost an ounce of muscle, lol!
I'm just thankful for pushups, lol.

P.s. If you're gonna take a few snaps in your local gym, then make sure you turn the flash off! (before taking the picture of the 250lb monster who's benching 400, lol, then run away before he catches you.)
