Have you really lost 3 inches off your thigh ?!!!
Aside from my stomach the next worse body part for me to look at when I'm sitting down is my lap... and how wide they get when seated.

I added one mile to it. And I tried to eat clean as I could as stay under 2000 calories until I learned what I was doing. Also heres some pics.
