After using EAS' Phosphagen for some time, and seeing noticable results, I've recently switched to a "Creatine Titrate," mostly because of my discust in Phosphagen's taste. This new Creatine I'm using (which is IDS' Creatine Titrate Xtreme), tastes unbelievable (like to the point where it's hard not to drink 10 a day).
My question is, has anyone tried any "non-monohydrate" creatines? Such as a creatine titrate, or any others? And, if so, any feedback on the results and comparisons to creatine monohydrate?
Thanks!
Chris

just thinking back to chem labs, "titrating" involved checking the quantity of dissolved solute in solution; therefore i'm going to guess that creatine titrate is simply a more soluble form of creatine; as creatine monohydrate simply sinks to the bottom of the glass after a few seconds. anybody wanna help me out on this one?

Yes, you are right. It dissolves MUCH better.

I'm currently using EAS Phosphogen. I've got fruit punch flavor. It's been a while since i mixed it with water so I can't recall whether or not I liked the taste. But for the past two months I would take half a scoop of powder and pour it in my mouth, then take a big gulp of water and swish it around before swallowing. Do that one more time to get a full scoop; and then it's off to the gym. In this method the taste is fine to me; and it's very quick and easy to get my dose.

I'm using SAN V12 and I'm getting really nice results. It's creatine malate, similar to (but not the same as) Swole V2 and Xplode. I personally think the results are better than monohydrate.
