I am currently 156lbs.
I have been eating 1560 cals a day on cardio days (10X bodyweight)
And 11716 cals a day on weights days (11X bodyweight).

I have noticed over the last 2 weeks that my weight loss has just about ground to a halt.
What do you guys think????

Too many calories ????
Not enough calories ????

I have been eating really clean & training well at the gym, so I dont think any of those 2 are a factor in this.
Any suggestions please ?
Thanks
:)

You must have a hard time eating 11k of calories on weights days, no wonder you don't lose any weight ;).

Aside from joking it sounds like you have reached a plateau of sorts. I had over a month where I was eating a good amount of calories but not dropping the weight, all I did was keep the cals about the same but change come foods around. I realise that this may not work for everyone, but it did for me. I think you'll get a few people suggesting a cheat meal to get the metabolism going, although I personally don't feel that this is something you need to do, although going on the same lines perhaps you could have a high carb day where you are re-loading your body with the carbs it wants (I am assuming you are low carbing it?).

I wouldn't really want to be taking in any less calories really if it were me, perhaps you should just change everything round a bit, and see where that gets you.

Thanks guys for your input.
i am just getting a bit frustrated with the lack of weight loss in the last couple of weeks, I guess it's a bit impatient.
But I'm sure you know the frustrations that can set in.

i belive that arnie recomends 13x bodyweight for cutting, i thought that was too much when i was cutting ( i was donig like 11-12x) untill i started bulking, increased calories 250-300, the next week i lost half a pound on top of what i usually lose
