Hello, could anyone show me the actual size of a 4-oz chicken breast and/or steak? I think I might be eating way more than 4oz per serving when I eat them.

scales are your friend...A picture over the internet is going to do little to convey actual size. A set of kitchen scales acn be got relatively cheaply, and are a good investment.

bump on the kitchen scale, i think i would die without my scale
i recently got a digital scale, its great, you can put a bowl on it, press "on/tare" and it goes to 0, then you put whatever you need in it and it will weigh that, then you press the "on/tare" button again, and you can put the next ingredient in!!
very accurite digital display, awesome buy

of course if you dont wanna spend that much money, you can always get a regular one :)
