i have bitch tits.. man breasts.. boobs.. chesticles.. w/e you wanna call them. my bodyfat has gotten really low.. well 13 or 14 % but it used to be over 20..

now i can see the outline of my abs when i tighten them up, and my chest muscles are visible when i flex them.. but, i still have boobs, that just hang down and it looks ugly as heck.. when i showed them to a close freind (he needed to know why i absolutly refuse to go to the pool) he couldnt beleive it.. they are unmanly, or unhuman..

now, when i jog, i always have a heart rate monitor on, and it has a chest belt.. i never jog in more then an thin undershirt.. so my boobs bounce up and down when i run.. it can even start to hurt after a while. recently i had to go through a populated area and in desperation i decided to take the belt and put it over my breasts and they were pressed against my body.

i checked how it looked in a car window and i saw that there was no way of telling that i had the tits..

for the first time in a long time i was able to walk upright and feel confident about my image..

before this i was totally against trying to hide what i look like.. but now i have changed my mind, because i know that in the long term i am going to conquer this obstacle.

I realized later today, that without my tits i would start looking somewhat in the direction (well maybe a bit more BF% ) of supirmans avatar

now i want to know, what is the technical term for a man bra? because i dont want to just go into a store and ask for a man bra... lol.. or is there an internet site that may sell something like this..

or do you even agree that i should buy this product? my chesticles are a huge problem for me. i rarely will stand up straight, because i will always afraid that by doing this my chesticles will extend forward and really show through.. ( and they do show through..)

with a man bra.. i would be able probably feel good about myself in public.. and i do not have a problem with the fact that im using one, because i am doing the work necesarry to get rid of them...

I don't know if there's a term, but searching the internet you can probably find something.

Keep working at it! :bb: Your chest may be one of the first places your body stores fat, so it will be the last to go, but don't get discouraged - you'll get here! :tucool:

Really keep your diet in check. As you approach 10% and below, it gets a lot harder to shed the fat. This is where you really show your mettle - perserverence, dedication, and optimism.

I have an idea that may be worth a shot.

Hit up a sporting goods store that sells UnderArmor gear, and get yourself one that's pretty tight (they are meant to be skintight, for the most part.) Try wearing that underneath another shirt. It may work at hiding the boobies.

I'm not a doctor, but based on your pictures I would venture to say you are affected by a medical condition called gynecomastia.

Reducing your body fat % may not eliminate your condition. I would suggest reading the previously referred site, www.gynecomastia.org, thoroughly to become knowledgable about the situation and what can be done about it. Having an understanding of what you are facing will help you set appropriate goals.

Most people don't have pics and most people who say they have this are merely fat, but I agree with the above, that you legitimately do have it.

Have you considered surgery? That could definitely sort you right out, or is that something to do down the road?

That is gyno man. You can try to lose your weight but its not going anywhere and sometimes can even get bigger. Go to the doctor and see if your problem is only gyno and not something like low testosterone, which may be a cause of it. Then start another job or something and start saving for surgery if you want it to be gone. Then save over a course of a year or two and work on sculpting your pecs so once the surgery is over, you can have a great looking chest.

Sorry bro but you're not alone as its surprisingly common.

noone even comented on my art skillz..

anyways..this is kinda new to me, i thought it was just a little bit too much milk with my oatmeal over the course of a few years  ..

here in germany, i can probably get my insurance to pay for a big part of the bill for surgery, being as how such a condition can be "mentally straining" to my life..

im going to thurowly (sp) research this gyno thing..

i wonder if i got my bf% down to like 5 percent.. if i would have just pure skin hanging there.. that would be ultimately freaky.. :p ..
so im gonna suck it up.. and schedule an appointment at a doctor..

surgery.. well im willing to take it anytime :), but im afraid of the side effects..

i have read that some forms of lyposuction will radiat your fat, making it liquid, and then it is sucked out.. and it is never ALL sucked out.. so you will have some barbqued fat inside of you.. and that can lead to cancer and stuff..

but these are just things i heard, and i am definately going to research this, now that i even know what it is..

ty for the thoughts..

and if this doesnt work, i can always become a shemale...

also, what do you guys estimate my bf% at??
i dont have any exact numbers.. so some estimations from other people would be great!

I think your concerns about surgery are illfounded. I've been forced to watch enough plastic surgery shows by my wife to know that it's a good way to deal with this. Plastic surgery has come a long way and your case would be just a simple breast reduction I guess (hell I'm no doctor, but you can get this fixed and you'll be good to go!).

A bit on the silly side, but maybe you can go to a costume store and buy a Batman or Superman chestplate to wear under your work clothes.

BTW, I admire you maturity and humor in handling your new-found issue. Keep up the good spirits.

Playing hockey, I wear underarmour gear. It is very comfortable, but for a shirt I wear loose fit. I could not get used to the compression fit. I found it very uncomfortable. Although for shorts and socks I liked the skin tight fit.

I would suggest you get your insurance to pay for it because you find it mentally stressful.
As I understand it, when you have Gyno, you essentially have breast glands on your chest. Surgery will remove those glands, it's not actually liposuction, and you'll be sorted. Don't despair - it is surprisingly common, and if your insurance will cover it, then go for it mate.
