Finally took the time to register to this wonderful site. As most of you have probably guessed, I'm trying to shed some weight and gain some muscles. Right now I'm biking 35-40 minutes each day and doing push ups and crunches at a 3 day interval. everything is going quite well and I'm still reading a lot of info each day on this site to educate myself so I know what I'm doing.
Concerning my diet I haven't really gone nuts in that department. I'm trying to cut back on all the bad things and eat more healthy and less in each meal. So far its working great and haven't hit the point yet where my body adjusts.
I'm looking into doing free weights to supplement my cardio biking, but its here I'm a bit stumped as I have never done weights before. So i was wondering if any of your wonderful people know of place where its possible to download vids of free weights exercises?
