I hope they all uploaded properly... and sorry about the different camera angles (my room has been rearranged since). I started working out and eating better in mid November. I started at 267 Lbs and tonight at the gym I was 235. In the first set of photos I was around 250. I have a very long way to go, but the most important thing is I feel good. :claphigh:
John, thanks for making a wonderful sight that allows us to interact on a personal, down to earth level. It makes us realize there are other people in the same situation.
Andrew
NOTE: The links above are in the proper order, but for some reason the attachments show up in reverse... the first two pics below are Feb 4 2004, and the last two are Dec 30 2003. Thanks!

Hey buddy. You are doing great. The most important thing is that you are staying motivated. I started out with 300 lbs a little over two years ago and dropped down to 184lbs. Plan to be 150-155 by June 1st. Here are my pictures (http://www.body-for-life-tracker.com/showphotos.cfm?id=4234)
Keep up the good work. YOu are on the way.
neckowi February 13th, 2004, 02:12 PM d, you've made some REALLY impressive strides! I hope to be under 200 by the end of summer. Thanks for the encouragement.
FYI, I plan to find some way to get consistent pics, then I will do weekly pictures and post them here.

Your progress is awesome. It's strange, your photo's almost look like 2 different people. I'm preparing to start my program soon, and your photos are inspirational. Thanks for posting them.
neckowi March 12th, 2004, 02:51 AM It's been a month since my first pics. Looks about the same to me, but I've lost 9 more pounds since Feb 5th. I'm not flexing in any of these pics... perhaps I'll put some flexed shots up soon.
