I have to eat food that is tasty. Here is something I whipped up tonight that was quick and tasty.
1 pg Turkey tenderloins (3 in a pkg)
2 tsp. dried Sage
2 tsp. Rosemary
Fresh Pepper
Salt
Sprinkle Tenerloins with herbs and salt & pepper.
Place in a dish and add 1/2 cup water. Cover with lid or with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Slice in medallians.
Note you could also do this on the grill.
It is very low in fat and high in protein. A nice change from chicken and fish and very quick to make. This is a great meal with a salad.
