Just wanted to say that I gut my jug of Optimum Chocolate Whey and it tastes great. I'm a big chocolate nut and I give it a :tu:

i agree. optimum chocolate is the best tasting i've tried. i struggled through tub after tub of vanilla before deciding to switch to chocolate last week. excellente. :D

guys, do you know anywhere in the UK or the eu for that matter that sells optimum whey online?

If i order it from bodybuilding.com ill have to pay import duty :(

Do you guys know that "optimum nutrition" whey is not pure islolate?
it is a mix of concentrate and isolate...

so this stuff is not the best qualtiy... despite it's popularity. :confused:

what is the best brand to use then? and what is the difference between optimum and the best brands? is it really noticeable?

Don't know the answer to that question, but John uses Designer Whey, Prolab Whey, and Optimum Nutrition Whey. This morning I bought a 5lb tub of Chocolate Designer Whey myself. Mixed with skim milk, it tastes like chocolate milk to me.
