At the moment I would like to flatten out my chest. I have been doing 30 minutes of Cardo consisting of Jumping Jacks, Push ups with my legs extended on a chair, Sit ups with my legs also extended on the chair and also Knee raises. I do this for 15 minutes and take a break and have a drink of water. Maybe a couple hours go by and then I start lifting weights. I bench press 20 reps then I do 50 reps of butterflies. Then I finish up with 15 minutes of another Cardo workout equally up to 30 minutes. I do this everyday and watch what I eat. Is this a good workout to flatten out my chest or am I doing something wrong?

Explain ... "flatten your chest." Are you trying to lose, or trying to lose muscle?

If your goal is to lose muscle, you simply need to lower your protein intake, increase your cardio, and stop training with weights. You'll lose the muscle ... it is called the use it/lose it syndrome.

However, if your chest is flabby, i.e. you can pinch more than a millimeter of skin, then that thickness is fat. Your best bet is to continue to develop the chest muscles through lower rep-range resistance training, because those muscles will help you burn calories and raise your metabolism. Combine this with cardio and proper nutrition, and you will eventually lose the fat to define your chest.

Also, we all watch what we eat, or we wouldn't be very successful with reaching our mouths. The question is .. WHAT do you eat? What's a sample menu?

If your just going for fat loss like what Jeremy said then really trim down the diet. Lots of water, trust me it will fall off if you eat right and exercise.

Yes, I am trying to get rid of my fat. I eat foods such as beans, corn, beef, chicken, potatoes, carrots, Broccoli, and usally for lunch i make my self a sandwich consisting of Turkey, Cheese, Lettuce, and the breard. I stay from junk food like Potato Chips and stuff and if i want a treat during the day or night i have an Apple or a banana. But do you think I am doing enough Cardo? After 15 minutes of my exercises I can't do anymore so I stop. Then I finish with another 15 later. Is that good?
