I play golf once or twice a week and cross country ski a couple times a month.. Sometimes when I am done, I am almost catatonic! Wondering if I am not getting enough of protein or carbs while doing these activities. I like to bring a bar and a banana golfing + plenty of water.
Cross country skiing I usually have some good trail mix and some jerky.. maybe fruit, but I carry everything for me, my wife and my kid.. (like a pack mule) and I don't want to be weighed down too much.
Any ideas for good healthy stuff that will keep my fire stoked?
