Okay, I am new to all of this but have good intentions. Would someone please please please help me to get a good start to my food intake and set me up a plan that would help me to achieve my 10% body fat goal by summer. I am currently 5' 8" 164lbs and have 15.2% body fat. I have been doing no carb for the past month and have really dropped a lot of fat off my body (i can just tell). How many calories should i be taking in a day? What should my Protein/Fat/Carbs percentages be? I really could use some help. Even if its giving me a website that will do all this for me would be great!! Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I think your best approach would be to spend a few days doing some basic research on the net, then maybe come back and ask more questions if u need clarification on anything.
fatlosstips.com (http://www.fatlosstips.com) is a good start for absolute beginners, although not everything on that site is perfect, it does give a great overview of calorie controlled fat-loss.
Then spend some time looking around the BodyBuilding.com (http://www.bodybuilding.com) supersite. This site is full of articles about not only fat-loss nutrition, but also cardio and weight training. Take everything with a pinch of salt though, It's important to remember that bodybuilding.com use many different writers, all with their own opinions on the best methods.
So learn as much as you can about the whole field in general, knowledge is the key to making this work.
