We tried low carb pasta tonight.. GAK! Really had a different texture and was just not satisfying.. My wife is Italian and there is no way that we are not going to have pasta once in a while. I think we will just have to go back to the real thing and not eat the huge amount that I usually do..

Anybody else ever tried this stuff?
