The outside of my elbow is kinda puffy, red and a little sore. I think I just overdid the weights or something. The description is similar to tennis elbow, but I don't play tennis LOL. I've had it over a week and it comes and goes. Doesn't bother me too much when I'm lifting, but other times it irritates. Anyone know if this will just go away?

It's probably tendonitis. I get it when I hit the pench press too hard, or don't use good form. It gets better with a week off, but unless you take an extended hiatus from lifting, it'll probably flair up from time to time.

You might try lower weights for a while on the exercises it seems to flair up on.

A shot from the Doc is an option too..

I'm not sure for 100% but what I do know is that you can definitely get tennis elbow without playing tennis. It can occur because of a muscle imballance in the forearms. Reverse wrist curls are what are prescribed to prevent tennis elbow, but I don't think they will cure it so I'm not going to give advice on a specific course of action.
