I figured everyone else is brave enough to post their picutures, I may as well post mine.

My current goal is to stay around the same weight, but to decrease my body fat to around 8%.

February 4th

Weight 142 lbs
Body Fat 11%
Age 37
Height 5' 9"
Waist 31"
Hips 34"
Forearms 11 1/4"
Arms 13 1/2"
Thighs 18"
Calves 14 1/4"
Chest 37 1/2"

Right now I'm eating around 1500-1600 calories.
40protien/30 fat/30 carbs

I do HIIT 4 x week for 20 minutes and lift weights 5 days a week for 30 - 40 minutes.

My past experience is that for me gaining weight to bulk up, I hate it cause then I get fat. The main thing is to lower my BF while increasing lean muscle. Easier said than done.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

You sure don't have much fat to lose! Once you get to 8%, do a very clean bulk and you should not have too much trouble with fat. Of course you will add some, but that's okay it's not hard to lose it when you are done bulking.

Your stats are very similar to mine. Hopefully we can keep track of each other's progress and help each other to stay on top of our game. Keep it up man. I'll be following your progress.

I agree with John.. it looks like you dont have far to go! You are at the point I will be in a few months. (I almost said 'hope')! Keep it up!

I agree with everyone else. You're almost there. It's gonna take me a year plus to come close to where you are now. Gabdanit!! :D
